Chair Yoga

Gain greater flexibility and increase muscle strength and balance. Enjoy the benefits of deep breathing as you learn how to relax the mind. This class suits all ages, and you do not need prior yoga experience. You may bring a yoga mat if you like. To attend this class you must be able to climb a flight of stairs unassisted.
