Chair Yoga

Gain greater flexibility and increase muscle strength and balance. Enjoy the benefits of deep breathing as you learn how to relax the mind. This class is suitable for all ages, and you do not need prior yoga experience. You may bring your own mat if you like. Students must be able to climb a flight of stair unassisted to attend.
